The guest room was newly decorated, included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control. Got a savoury breakfast okay but could have offered a little more variation. The location was very central, beautiful in favour of the local bakery. Tried some nice meals at Szara, located near the hotel.

Stunning location next to local amenities, the Main Square, shopping centre, restaurants and bars, and main attractions of Kracow, it's very central.

King room with tea, balcony, as example accommodated us perfectly. We were in a magnificent and unbeatable location not very far from Main Square.

I have stayed in the superior room with balcony. The location is best possible, 1 km from Main Square. Will come back for a trip.

Recently stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the city, just a short walk to the main square and the Jewish Quarter. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice seating area. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and had great tips for nearby attractions. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring both the historical city center and the Jewish Quarter. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location and friendly staff.

Spotless and practical room and fairly clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. Savoury and tasty breakfast with salads for every taste. Fab location near the train station, a short walk from Main Market Square.

Nicely appointed hotel, the idea of having superior queen room was great. The rooms were large with comfortable bed, the staff were very efficient and competent. The breakfast was rich with salads and hams, as example, and the restaurant was good. Had a very enjoyable short stay here during our trip.
